I used the Preservio Pump on a bottle of a white wine I often drink - when 1 glass was left, I kept the sealed bottle in the refrigerator for a total of 10 days. I then taste tested it with a glass of the same wine from a fresh bottle. I could barely tell the difference. The Preservio is easy to use. I recommend it.
