<p data-start="161" data-end="246">Preservio was born from two different frustrations with the same problem: wine waste.</p> <p data-start="248" data-end="571">Nicola, a lifelong wine enthusiast and with a background in engineering, was tired of pouring out unfinished bottles that had gone flat overnight. Existing preservation solutions were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply did not work. Determined to fix that, she began developing a smarter, more sustainable way to keep wine fresh.</p>
